Besonders angenehm und entspannend war dabei die Zeit, in der wir mit dir gereist sind! Du und dein \"Desert Tiger\" habt uns sicher und bequemst quer durch Rajasthan gebracht. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt, was bei einem Fahrer schon mal das wichtigste Gefühl ist! Du hast uns immer gut beraten und uns bei der Hotelsuche unterstützt - jedoch ohne uns zu drängen! Ich erinnere mich an deine Worte: \"It\'s up to you\" :-)Super, war außerdem, dass wir viel mit dir diskutieren konnten und wir viel über Idniens Kultur, Bräuche, Weisheiten ect. lernen konnten! So wurde selbst eine 12h Fahrt nie langweilig! Ganz besonders geschätzt habe ich deine Verlässlichkeit und Pünklichkeit und auch dein ruhiges Gemüt (und das auf Indiens Straßen) Wir sind wirklich froh, dass du uns auf unserer Reise ein Stück begleitet hast und werden dich beim nächsten Indienaufenthalt auf jeden Fall wieder kontaktieren!!!! Dann freu ich mich auch, deine Familie in Delhi kennenzulernen und den Süden Indiens zu entdecken! Bis zum nächsten Mal und bis dahin alles alles Liebe! With great pleasure we look back on our tour in India. 28 days we enjoyed your beautiful country with so many things to see and its friendly people.

During the many, many kilometers we did you were a good and safe driver with a good sense of humour. From all the photo’s (more than 3000) we made a book with in it also the pages of the paper about the matrimonials and of course the photo made by the lunch by your friend in Jaisalmer.

To all people who wants to visit India we would say: when you want to travel India in a relaxed way GO WITH RAKESH. He is a very safe driver (you need that in India), he brings you everywhere you like, you can stop where and when you want. Besides that Rakesh can tell you a lot about everything that makes India so fascinating!

Rakesh, we thank you for all the good cares and wish you good luck and many safe kilometers with your Tata Indigo!





The weather here is very cold, many days snow was falling and we have had temperatures of -15 degrees. The snow makes the roads very slippery so it was dangerous to drive. Today it was not so cold, but it was rainy. I hope for you the weather in Delhi is much better.

Now you are the boss with a Tata Indigo?? Sure we will recommend you to people who wants to travel to India. Perhaps in the future a photo of your Indigo must be placed on your blog???

Rajasthan is a beautiful place by itself, and I’d recommend everyone to visit it, but it would not have been as valuable without your beautiful Ambassador car (we have the miniature version in our window at home)or without your knowledge about the region’s traditions, its history and its religious facts.It was a great pleasure to travel around the region with you and I’d recommend my friends and family to experience the same. I also want to thank you a million for the help you offered when I was ill in bed in Udaipur. You urged your way back from the other side of town and found me the right medicines to bring the temperature down!All in all… You were much more than our driver and we hope to see you again some day.

Grazie a lui abbiamo veramente passato un soggiorno indimenticabile in India.

Avevamo solo 7 giorni di vacanze e Rakesh, oltre ad averci consigliato prima della partenza sul programma del viaggio, ci ha condotti dappertutto, rimanendo sempre a disposizione, facendo in modo, che nonostante il poco tempo, riuscissimo a vedere tutto cio’ che speravamo.

Grâce à lui nous avons pu passer un séjour inoubliable en Inde. vielen Dank für den 3-wöchigen Rajasthan-Urlaub, welcher durch Dich besonders informativ und interessant gewesen ist. Deine sehr verbindliche und freundliche Art mit uns zu reisen, war ein Vergnügen. Immer hattest Du Zeit, uns etwas genauer zu erklären. Deine Fahrweise war sehr sicher, so daß wir keine Angst in dem Verkehr haben brauchten. Da ich schon im letzten Jahr mit Freunden und Dir eine 12-tägige Reise durch einen Teil von Rajasthan unternommen hatte, die aber leider viel zu kurz war, habe ich mich diesmal sofort für die etwas größere Reise unter Deiner Führung entschlossen. Vielen Dank nochmals, ich werde Dich weiter empfehlen und wünsche Dir viel Erfolg und nette unternehmungsluste Touristen.
